Work Control Supervisor

The Work Control Supervisor will function as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. The successful candidate will supervise all individuals performing Work Management-related roles, manage employee performance, and provide leadership and guidance to assigned personnel. The Work Control Supervisor will also assist in the development of O&M Work Management and Execution processes and procedures across respective areas and across AEDC.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership capability, including five years of progressive and relevant experience planning and scheduling work of craft personnel and seven years of relevant experience as Material Expeditor, Work Planner, Scheduler, Construction Manager, Maintenance Manager, and/or Craft Superintendent/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Applicable Technical degree/diploma/craft certificate, or associate’s degree in a technical discipline and 13 years of progressive and relevant experience or any equivalent combination of applicable education and progressive and relevant experience totaling 15 years
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including five years progressive and relevant experience planning and scheduling work of craft personnel and seven years relevant experience as Material Expeditor, Work Planner, Scheduler, Construction Manager, Maintenance Manager, and/or Craft Superintendent/Supervisor
• Knowledge of AEDC industrial work processes, facilities, and equipment across test cells, plants, utilities, etc.
• Knowledge of craft skills sets, and jurisdictional guidelines as required to perform different work tasks, including any specific skills related to work being planned, scheduled, or executed
