Role OverviewAs a Workday Financials Lead - FDM/R2R, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You'll manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, and prototyping, and lead workshops for client education.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include managing resources and budget on client projects, serving as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution, and providing subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.

Requirements
- Workday Financials Partner Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
