The Workday Financials Delivery Lead SMR will lead Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or application managed services programs from mobilization through stabilization and transition.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise technology, ERP, or business transformation initiatives, including responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or support engagements.
- Minimum of 4 years experience leading at least two end-to-end Workday deployments through planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Minimum of 4 years experience leading cross-functional teams spanning functional, technical, integration, data, security, reporting, testing, and change disciplines.
