Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced FINS Techno-Functional Lead to serve as a key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, and Workday technical teams. This role will play a critical part in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials solutions.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary techno-functional lead supporting Workday Financials initiatives and enhancements. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts Payable stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Extensive experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials solutions
- Demonstrated ability to function in a techno-functional leadership role, balancing business priorities with technical considerations
- Experience working with Workday integrations and understanding integration architecture concepts
- Ability to interpret business requirements and evaluate technical solutions proposed by implementation partners
- Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively across business, technology, and external consulting teams
