Role OverviewWorkday Integration Developer will design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday APIs.
What You Will Do
Design and develop Workday integrations, build inbound and outbound integrations, develop XSLT transformations, implement integrations using Workday REST and SOAP web services, and design error handling strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 12 or more years of Workday integration development experience
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
