What You Will Do
Work closely with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
