Role OverviewAs a Workday Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our HR technology transformation, driving enhancements that improve the employee experience across Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. You'll partner closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and plant leadership to deliver scalable Workday solutions that support a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a primary focus on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. Investigate and resolve production issues by partnering with Workday Support, implementation partners, payroll vendors, benefit providers, and timekeeping vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience with demonstrated expertise in Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
- Experience supporting Workday within an enterprise ecosystem and troubleshooting cross-platform functional issues.
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, validations, condition rules, notifications, and configuration best practices.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and provide consultative guidance to end users and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations, including EIBs, Cloud Connects, or Workday Studio integrations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of data governance, testing methodologies, and release management practices.
