We are seeking a Workday Technical Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Five or more years of Workday technical experience
  • Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports
  • Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance
  • Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules
  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework
  • Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend
  • Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
