We are seeking two qualified Workers' Compensation Attorney's to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This position offers a remote work environment with required travel for in-person hearings in Southern New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey
  • 2–10+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law, including trial and motion practice
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with legal technology platforms
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
