Role OverviewThe Workers’ Compensation Administrative Associate will provide general administrative support to adjusters and other staff, supporting the overall goals of the organization and ensuring excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Assist adjusters with medical documentation and indexing, provide data entry for Workers Compensation claims, process incoming mail, and assist with medical bills and mail-outs.

Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of previous Workers’ Compensation or administrative support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Knowledge of medical terms and Workers’ Compensation statutes and timelines
- Proficient PC skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office suite
- Efficient typing and data entry skills
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult callers/clients
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing priority environment
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize and be self-directed
- Regular and punctual attendance required
