Role OverviewThe Workers’ Compensation and Leaves Administration Analyst is responsible for the administration of Loram’s workers’ compensation and leave of absence programs. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant handling of work‐related injury claims and employee leaves, coordinates return‐to‐work and employment impacts, and serves as a central point of coordination between employees, leaders, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.
What You Will Do
Administer workers’ compensation claims, administer employee leaves of absence, maintain accurate and confidential documentation, provide guidance and operational support, monitor and track workers’ compensation and leave activity, and support HR Operations activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business management, international business, or a related field
- 3+ years of human resources experience with demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws, audit practices, and DOT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employment recordkeeping
