Workers Compensation Claims Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of workers compensation experience, with significant experience managing New York workers compensation claims and litigation
• Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
• Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
• Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
• Ability to analyze claim data, assess risk, and support loss control and safety efforts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, complex cases simultaneously
