We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation NE Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves leading complex claims, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and influencing outcomes that protect both our colleagues and the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience
  • Significant experience managing New York workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
