Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation NE Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The role serves as a key liaison between internal operations, third party administrators, insurance carriers, adjusters, and legal partners. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, deep technical expertise in workers’ compensation claims, and a collaborative mindset to support best in class claims management and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience, with significant experience managing New York workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
  • Ability to analyze claim data, assess risk, and support loss control and safety efforts
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, complex cases simultaneously
