We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation NE Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience
  • Significant experience managing New York workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
