Role OverviewAs a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor, you will lead and encourage a team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service. You will guide the team to handle claims in accordance with GB's Best Practices, drive talent, and manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising a team, promoting best practices, driving talent, managing workloads, utilizing technology, and communicating with clients, carriers, and brokers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with a strong adjusting background, supervisory/leadership experience in workers compensation, and a minimum of 2 years prior leadership/people management experience in a claims environment. You should have a CA Designation and be able to work remotely.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
