Requirements
- 2+ years of NJ loss time workers compensation experience including litigated claims handling
- Strong investigation, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrates strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Active adjuster license or willingness to obtain and maintain all required state licenses
