Job Description
The Hanover is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney who resides in California. The role will involve investigating and managing Workers' Compensation cases from inception until conclusion, and will be remote based or hybrid depending on the candidate's location.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years litigation experience
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions where assigned
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Lexis/Westlaw, and daily management of e-mail and calendar
  • Ability to work in a team environment with other attorneys, adjusters, and other claims professionals and support staff
  • Investigative Skills
