Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on California. The role involves leading complex claims, partnering with stakeholders, and influencing outcomes to protect colleagues and the organization. As a critical member of the Risk Management team, you will exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across functions to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience, with significant experience managing California workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
