Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, deep technical expertise in workers’ compensation claims, particularly California, and a collaborative mindset to support best in class claims management and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience
  • Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
  • Ability to analyze claim data, assess risk, and support loss control and safety efforts
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, complex cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with claims, RMIS platforms
