Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to oversee and advance our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex, high exposure claims, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and influence outcomes that protect both our colleagues and the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workers compensation experience
  • Significant experience managing California workers compensation claims and litigation
  • Direct experience handling litigated workers compensation claims
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers, including performance oversight
  • Ability to analyze claim data, assess risk, and support loss control and safety efforts
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple, complex cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with claims, RMIS platforms
