Job Description
Investigates and reviews employee Workers' Compensation Claims Reports to determine liability, and prepares and evaluates claims with employee/claimant, attorney, insurance carriers, and providers to minimize claims settlements.

Requirements

  • 3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
  • 2 years of claim management experience
  • Knowledge of the Longshore Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act
