ProSidian seeks a Workforce Analytics Data Scientist to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data science or a related field
  • 5+ years of analytics experience
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Analytical thinking
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
