ProSidian seeks a Workforce Analytics Lead to provide services and support as a Workforce Analytics Lead in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/HR
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
