Requirements

  • Empower clients to take charge of their career journey by developing and implementing personalized job search plans that identify the services, training, and supports needed for lasting employment success.
  • Provide dedicated, ongoing guidance with case management and career counseling that connect clients to programs, resources, and supports that move them closer to their goals.
  • Champion access and opportunity by helping clients navigate workforce programs, community resources, and partner services with clarity and confidence.
  • Drive progress through collaboration, coordinating and tracking client activities, services, and outcomes to ensure steady advancement toward employment milestones.
  • Inspire career readiness by coaching clients to strengthen job search techniques, refine resumes and applications, master interviews, and overcome obstacles to success.
  • Build lasting bridges between people and opportunity by facilitating workshops, partnering with employers, and sharing up-to-date labor market insights that help shape a responsive, future-ready workforce.
