Job Description
The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for managing the operations schedule for studio employees, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting the Studio Leadership in workforce administration issues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
Flexibility on working schedule
Ability to work weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Analytical thinking and high work organization skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Ability to work a variety of shifts
