Job Description
Catholic Charities seeks to implement the Church's mission of social justice in the Diocese of Arlington. The Workforce Development Coordinator helps equip newcomers to the U.S. with the necessary skills to enter and advance in the workforce.

Requirements

  • Enrolls clients in appropriate education and training options
  • Coordinates with employment case managers to align training participation with job placement goals
  • Collaborates with MRS employment staff, training providers, and community partners to support training and employment outcomes
