Job Description
The Instructor II is responsible for leading workshops, career tracks, and certification tracks for enrolled job seekers within the El Barrio program. This position provides orientation and ongoing professional development for instructional staff, supports program operations, and ensures high-quality curriculum delivery aligned with workforce competency standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning & Development, or related field
  • Two years of experience in workforce development
  • Certified CCAR Facilitator
  • Minimum 1-year direct patient interaction
  • Epic experience a plus
  • Experience working with electronic platforms (i.e., Microsoft software, internet, databases, and virtual learning platforms)
  • Bilingual in oral and written English, Spanish a plus
  • Valid driver's license for the State of Ohio with less than two points on driving record
