Requirements

  • Manage recruitment outreach and candidate engagement
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate eligibility
  • Oversee and coordinate all onboarding activities
  • Serve as the liaison between candidates and external partners
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular status updates
  • Coordinate and track background checks and drug screenings
  • Support class placement and attendance verification
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions
