Job Description
We're looking for a Workforce Development Specialist to join our team at HDR. As an employee-owner, you'll be responsible for managing recruitment outreach, conducting phone screenings, and overseeing onboarding activities. You'll work closely with candidates, the Contract Administration Team, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Manage recruitment outreach and candidate engagement
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate eligibility and program fit
  • Oversee and coordinate all onboarding activities
  • Serve as liaison between candidates, Contract Administration Team, and external partners
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular status updates
  • Coordinate and track background checks and drug screenings
  • Support class placement and attendance verification
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and onboarding milestones
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the training program
