Role OverviewThe Workforce Development Specialist will support members of the Recovery Cafe who are in recovery from addiction, homelessness, and/or mental health challenges by providing employment training, job placement services, and ongoing support to enhance their ability to secure and retain meaningful employment.

Provide employment training, job placement services, and ongoing support to individuals in recovery from addiction, homelessness, and/or mental health challenges.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and program coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online job search platforms
- Ability to work effectively and compassionately with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices
