The Workforce Intelligence Insights Partner consistently turns complexity into clarity and data into direction, influencing leadership decisions by reframing workforce data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 7 -10 years + experience in advanced analytics directly influenced business outcomes
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior executives, including the C-suite, with HR decision support and actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience building QBR content end-to-end (storyline, metrics, insights, and recommendations) and confidently presenting QBRs to senior leaders with measurable business impact
