Job Description
We're looking for a Workforce Intelligence Insights Partner to join our team in New York. As a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving individual, you'll work closely with HR and cross-functional departments to provide high-quality data, reports, and analytics to drive key people insights. You'll optimize Recruiting and HR efforts and the employee experience by leveraging your analytical resourcefulness and creativity.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in advanced analytics focused on delivering people-based insights and driving meaningful impact
  • Experience in BI development or other data visualization techniques and tools
  • Proven track record of translating data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Self-starter approach, with an enthusiastic team spirit and strong collaboration skills
