Job Description
The Workforce Planning & Development College Intern position is an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting while contributing to meaningful projects that impact organizational success. The role involves job analysis, workforce planning, data-driven decision-making, and creating interactive dashboards and reports to visualize workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in at least one course for a graduate program in industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or instructional design.
  • Proof of enrollment will be required.
  • Must be available for remote work and occasional in-person meetings at the main office in Columbus, Ohio or other office locations throughout Ohio.
