Role Overview

The Working Carpenter Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and performing journeyman-level carpentry work on construction and renovation projects. The role leads on-site teams, coordinates project activities, maintains quality standards, interacts with clients, and ensures construction work is completed safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Plan, organize, supervise, and perform rough and finish carpentry work. Lead and supervise a small on-site construction team. Perform hands-on carpentry tasks as required. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and other trades.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, remodeling, masonry, concrete, and wood construction. Experience with construction and renovation projects. Knowledge of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) procedures is a plus. Healthcare construction experience is preferred.

Requirements
