Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Workplace Project Coordinator supporting commercial furniture implementation, ADA compliance, and project coordination in a hybrid role based in Glen Allen, VA.
Requirements
Manage 10–30 active furniture and miscellaneous tickets from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to company standards, ADA regulations, and building codes.
Coordinate vendor site visits, oversee furniture, artwork, and marketing installations, and perform punch lists and field surveys.
Review quotes, assist with pricing and warranties, and facilitate purchasing approvals.
Create and review furniture drawings (existing and proposed) for project approval.
Document all project activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure SLA compliance.
Act as primary contact for internal teams (Construction, IT, Facilities, Security) and external vendors.
Lead project meetings, communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly, and prepare presentation decks.
Support move projects, reconfigurations, and asset management, including updating floor plans and supporting CAFM systems.
Track project metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Provide flexible support during peak workloads and assist with additional project tasks as needed.
