Role OverviewThe Workplace Violence Prevention Coordinator supports the coordination, implementation, and sustainment of the organization's workplace violence prevention strategy and related safety initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison among operational, clinical, security, educational, and leadership stakeholders to promote alignment, facilitate communication, support training and implementation efforts, monitor progress, and advance a culture of safety across the organization.
What You Will Do
Coordinate workplace violence prevention initiatives and activities across departments, disciplines, and operational settings; Facilitate collaboration among clinical, operational, security, educational, and leadership stakeholders to support organizational goals and priorities; Provide coordination and implementation support for workplace violence prevention programs, interventions, workflows, and standard practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, Criminal Justice, Safety Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in workplace violence prevention, employee safety, security operations, behavioral health, healthcare operations, emergency management, organizational development, education, performance improvement, or a related field
