Role OverviewWe are looking for a Worship Ministry Director who loves Jesus more than music and senses a clear call to lead and shepherd people in worship. We believe what a church sings shapes what a church believes.
What You Will Do
Lead worship regularly on Sundays, plan services, select biblically faithful songs, recruit and train musicians, and steward the worship and production budget.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates should have 3+ years of local church worship leadership experience, strong vocal ability, and proficiency on guitar or keys. They should also have experience recruiting and developing teams, working knowledge of ProPresenter, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
