Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wound Nurse Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating wound care services, providing expert nursing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You Will Do
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans for patients. Provide direct nursing care and education to patients and their families regarding wound management and prevention.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
