Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Nurse Practitioner state license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in a procedural setting strongly preferred
