Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3+ years of healthcare sales, facility marketing, or referral development experience
  • Strong familiarity with SNF and ALF operations, referral workflows, and post-acute environments
  • Proven success in territory growth and referral generation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently manage your territory and prioritize daily outreach
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance
