Role OverviewThe Poker Dealer is responsible for facilitating poker games by dealing cards, managing the pot, and enforcing game rules. This role requires strong knowledge of poker variations, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all guests.
What You Will Do
Deal poker games in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Greet guests at poker tables, provide information about the game, and answer questions regarding procedures. Collect rake at the end of each bet and upon completion of the game, ensuring accuracy and proper drop procedures. Maintain integrity of the game and create an engaging, professional atmosphere for players.
