Job Description
This is a manual and semi-skilled services and general maintenance and repair work position responsible for performing various tasks of routine difficulty in construction, maintenance, repair, and other related municipal services.

Requirements

  • Completion of High School
  • Six months of experience in services and/or building or mechanical maintenance or repair work
  • Pesticide application certificate (where required)
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Valid Florida Commercial driver's license (some positions may require)
  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs.
