Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor is responsible for managing 4-7 trucks and the day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and a great customer experience.
What You Will Do
Manage Mass Save work, supervise crew leads, conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure crews receive proper training. Monitor work quality, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Update CRM software reports, achieve weekly revenue and quality targets, and complete daily closeout inspections.

- Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus
