Role OverviewThe Wyoming Area Business Leader will inherit an established operation with strong customers, experienced employees, and a solid Department Manager already in place. The role requires leading the business, developing the team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability. The focus will be on elevating the existing operation and growing the business.
What You Will Do
The Area Manager will spend about 70% of their time leading the business and 30% growing the business. They will develop their team, improve operations, coach leaders, review financial performance, and create accountability. They will also grow the business by strengthening customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping Redi continue to grow throughout Idaho.
