Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features, and provide outstanding customer service. You will meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence. You will also act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology.

What You Will Do

You will engage customers, demonstrate and explain product features, provide customer service, meet sales targets, and act as a brand ambassador. You will also help customers interpret and clarify their account statements, pay bills in the store, and answer questions about current or new services.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
• Ability to move around the store constantly
