Role OverviewJoin IPG, a global leader in packaging and protective solutions, as an Xpak Operator in the Production department. This hourly, non-exempt role operates the XPack machine at our Chicago facility, contributing to a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation.
What You Will Do
Safely start up and operate the XPack equipment, inspect and measure completed pieces for quality, monitor and adjust controls, perform preventative maintenance, and record production metrics. You will also utilize 5S skills and perform related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge, AS400, Word, Excel
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 40 lbs.
- Area requires use of hearing protection and eye protection
