  • Solid understanding of backend systems (Python, FastAPI preferred)
  • Experience with system design, scalable architectures, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to delivery tracking and performance measurement
  • Manage 3 direct reports
  • 3 years of managing/direct/indirect experience
