Job Description
Make a lasting difference in the lives of children as a Site Lead at the Downriver Family YMCA. The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in childcare setting (preferred)
  • Credit hours in Elementary Education, Recreation, or Early Childhood (over 19+ years of age)
  • Ability to participate in, plan, and lead all physical activities
  • Ability to sit and stand from a seated position on the floor when interacting with children
  • Capability to be outside for up to 30 minutes a day, year-round
