Role OverviewThe Yard Driver will reposition company commercial tractors and trailers on designated non-highway areas, including backing trailers to dock doors. The role may also involve shuttle tractor/trailers to and from logistic/lease companies.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include moving and operating tractor/trailer, identifying and documenting vehicle defects, communicating maintenance needs, and ensuring trailers are loaded with refrigerated products at an adequate temperature.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of verifiable CMV driving experience, a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brakes, and a DOT Med Cert. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brakes
- DOT Med Cert
- Must meet defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
- Must pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
